BALLET
Ballet combines physical athleticism with artistic expression to create a graceful and highly technical form of dance.
Starting with a student's love of music and movement, ballet provides an excellent foundation for many other styles of dance, as well as helping to develop skills that can carry over to everyday life.

TAP
Taps are metal plates attached to the heel and ball of the shoes, producing the distinctive tapping sound!
These are used to beat out percussive rhythms as you dance, making an extremely unique performance.
Tap is excellent for developing strength and flexibility in the legs and ankles.

MODERN
The Modern Stage syllabus stretches, limbers and strengthens the body in preparation for the turns, leaps and kicks integral to Modern dance.
The focus is on performing with precision, power and passion.
The ability to interpret different styles of music is key to modern dance.

TEACHING

An introduction to the world of ballet and tap for children aged 3- 6 years old. Your child will learn the basics of rhythm and musical appreciation along with their dance steps. Fun and discipline? It can be done!

ADULT FIT TAP

Recommended for any age and ability
(18 years and above). Enjoy learning this popular theatrical dance form while developing your sense of rhythm, style and coordination, and don't forget the benefits to your fitness level, posture and arm strength!
